Hilary Samuel

Hilary Samuel is the founder of Catalyst Mind. She is an expert in team building, group dynamics and collaborative learning. In over 20 years as a consultant, Hilary has crafted programs for change which operate at individual, team and organizational levels. She has taught on four continents and has worked with people from all walks of life and a diversity of cultures.

Hilary has worked with a wide variety of industries including high tech, manufacturing, service, tourism, municipal, government, financial and health/pharmaceutical. She worked as Director of Global Learning for Digital Opportunity Trust, an international not-for-profit organization fostering entrepreneurialism and IT training. She has held internal consulting positions with the Toronto General Hospital (Management Training Consultant) and the City of Ottawa (Organizational Effectiveness Consultant).

Hilary holds masters degrees in Adult Education (MEd) and in Human Systems Intervention (MA). She is trained in Gestalt Therapy, as a NLP Practitioner and CCI Counselor. She holds a BSc in Biology and a diploma in Fine Art.
