- Igniting Leadership for Sustainability - The sustainability challenge requires the drive, energy and enthusiasm of all stakeholders of an organization. Sustainability involves doing things differently – sometimes radically so. It is a future we are building as we go and is driven by external forces as much as internal decision-making. We don’t yet know what it looks like and unlike many other change efforts, the process is not a linear one with predetermined outcomes. Sustainability involves every role and all operations. In short, leadership is required throughout the organization and a different kind of culture to encourage, stimulate and sustain new initiatives.
